andrew rowell
FOUNDER
Andrew specialises in large event TV broadcast and he regularly travels the world working on important productions such as the Olympic Games, FIFA World Cup as well as Hollywood feature films including Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, Mary Poppins Returns and Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw.
In 2008, Andrew and his team won an Emmy for the innovative ‘remote camera’ work they pioneered on the Beijing Olympics Games.
Andrew helped make feature film history by working on the Woody Harrelson film ‘Lost in London’, a production that was filmed in one long continuous take and broadcast live in UK and the USA.
In another world first, he was involved with the 12 hour live TV event that was Season 2 of Jude Law's The Third Day.

darren teale mbe
FOUNDER
Darren is an award winning filmmaker making content internationally in Europe, South-East Asia, Mexico and the Middle East.
He directs content in areas such as TV Adverts, Brand/Commercial Video, Documentary and humanitarian films that promote social action.
Darren is most noted for bringing the BAFTA shortlisted Sky One doc ‘Ben: Diary of a Heroin Addict’ to TV screens. He believes that filmmaking is a springboard towards giving under represented communities a voice.
To this end, over the past 15 years, he has used Junction 15 to raise the profile of a variety of charities and foundations around the world.
Darren was included in the 2021 New Years Honours List and awarded an MBE for Services to Media and Vulnerable Communities in the UK and Abroad.

Suzanne is an award winning film producer making TV Adverts, Brand/Commercial Video, Documentary and Social Action Films.
She has produced content across the globe in countries such as Jordan, Cambodia, Mexico and across Europe and the UK.
Her passion lies in making films that inspire action towards the betterment of people’s lives and include subjects such as sexual health, domestic violence, mental health and Middle Eastern conflict.
Her work has won awards at prestigious film festivals such as the Croatian 'Civilisation and Culture' conference, Australian 'Civil Society Innovation Award' and the 'Story of Space' festival in Goa.
